Hot
Air Balloon Festival -
Delaware
County Fairgrounds - In September, a multitude of balloon pilots
gather at the Delaware County Fairgrounds during an afternoon
celebration. The crowd watches as the balloons are inflated and
then launch into the late afternoon sky. Upon their return to
the ground, the balloons are returned to the Delaware County
Fairgrounds where they are reinflated and backlit for an evening
party. Musical entertainment and food vendors are also present
at the event.

The Little Brown Jug -
Delaware County Fairgrounds - The Little
Brown Jug, the premier pacing classic for 3-year-olds, provides
a fascinating chapter in the more-than-a-century-old history of
harness racing.
Easton
Town Center - Columbus, OH - Easton Town Center has
over 170 tenants and is continuing to grow. The best way to
experience Easton is to allow plenty of time to wander and enjoy the

Marion Popcorn Festival
- held in September - The Marion Popcorn Festival is the largest popcorn festival in the world annually attracting crowds in excess of 250,000. Having been named one of the Top 100 Events in North America by the American Bus Association, prides itself on having something for everyone.
Mysterious Revolving Ball (MARION County)
For more than 100 years, a 5,200 pound ball of polished black granite has been slowly rotating on a pedestal in the Marion Cemetery. This mystery was featured in "Ripley's Believe It or Not' in 1929.

Ohio Wesleyan University - One of the
nation's leading liberal arts universities, Ohio Wesleyan brings the
Performing Arts Series to campus each year. Many performances are
held in the elegant Gray Chapel where the Klais Organ with its 4,522
pipes serves as a spectacular backdrop. The program offers
performances in music, theater, dance, and oratory. Ohio Wesleyan
also offers other music, theater and opera performances and gallery
exhibits throughout the academic year.
Palace
Theatre - Marion - The Palace features a dramatic entrance with a marquee of 560 clear bulbs underneath while another 375 bulbs light up the Palace sign which rises more than 50 feet above the marquee. The Palace is one of only 18 Eberson atmospheric theaters left in the world, and it is an attraction that should not be missed.

Polaris Shopping Place - Polaris
Fashion Place is Central Ohio's Premier Shopping Destination.
Located just minutes north of downtown Columbus. Easily accessible
from I-71 & US 23 on Polaris Parkway. Features over 150 specialty

including: Saks Fifth Avenue, Kaufmann's, Lord & Taylor, Lazarus,
Sears, JCPenney, and The Great Indoors.
Rolling Acres Country Craft Shows -
Delaware, OH - holds several country craft shows each year,
featuring approximately 300 crafters! These shows are held
inside/outside the barns and stables on a working farm. Activities
for the whole family include country music, petting farm, craft
drawings, and plenty of homemade food.
Saturday
in the Park - Saturday in the Park is a fun, family event held on the Saturday
of Labor Day weekend, in Marion Ohio's Lincoln Park. Including free games,
children's activities, inflatable ride/games and plenty of food.
U.S. Open Drum & Bugle Corps - Drum and Bugle Corps from all over the United States, including the hometown favorite Marion Cadets, compete for the national championship.
Harding Memorial
(MARION County)
The Harding Presidential Memorial was dedicated in 1931 by President Herbert Hoover. The memorial is the tomb for the remains of President and Mrs. Warren G. Harding.
The memorial is built of Georgian marble.
Harding Home & Museum (MARION County)
Just before the marriage of Florence Kling and Warren G. Harding, the couple had this beautiful home erected in the year of 1891. The Hardings occupied this house up until the time they left for Washington and the inaugural of Warren G. Harding as the 29th President of the United States.
Al Jolson appeared on the porch alongside Mr. Harding to sing campaign songs for the thousands gathered on the lawn.
Inside the home is President Harding's White House china along with the original furnishings of the home. Behind the home is the original press corps building used during the Presidential campaign. This structure contains Harding memorabilia.
Shamrock Vineyard

Shamrock Vineyard is located on Rengert Road east of U.S. 23 near Waldo, 33 miles north of Columbus. A Shamrock wine-tour begins in the vineyard, then proceeds through the wine processing area, and ends with a sit-down tasting. Winter Hours: 1:00-5:00 pm. January - March, call first.
Wyandot Popcorn Museum
- Marion - From Scouts to Senior Citizens, tour groups have been delighted to experience the Wyandot Popcorn Museum. The sights and sounds of chugging, popping and whistling help to take visitors back in time; and the aroma of popcorn and peanuts prepared fresh in the operational machines is mouth-watering! Free popcorn is served daily, and the fun of receiving a full serving from an old air popped popcorn vending machine is rarely missed.
